Walk in / through the pine bookcase, by Marianne

The rather wide passage in the living room contained a loose corner, which gave me the idea of turning it into a bookcase, so that you walk through the bookcase to get from room a to b.

I ended up via Google TOSIZE.co.uk. The price and cutting to size were decisive to order. From some scraps I made the plank supports, painted them and attached them to the wall at the correct height. When the planks came in they were really exactly up to size, all that had to be done was to stain the planks for a while, and place them on the carriers. And so finally the last boxes of the move could be unpacked and the books put in its place.

Shelves are 71.0x37.0x2.8 cm
