Description
HPL cladding panels are of excellent quality. HPL panels are smooth, extremely strong and available in various (RAL) colours. The sheets are made by impregnating a core layer of paper and wood fibres with phenolic resin and pressing it together under high pressure and temperature. This core layer is then provided with a protective top and bottom layer. HPL sheets are excellent for outdoor finishes, but can also be used indoors. Ideal for the most beautiful finishes of facades and dormers, but also shower cabins and toilets.

HPL cladding panel cream white; what is it?
HPL sheets are made under very high pressure. It also stands for high pressure laminate. A mixture of wood pulp and phenolic resin (thermosetting agent) is put together. The top layers are made of melamine resin. This combination creates a very strong board that is resistant to breaking and bending. And is almost insensitive to weather, moisture and temperature variations. The panel remains colourfast and the top layer on both sides is scratch and wear resistant. A well-known brand name of HPL façade panel is Trespa®.

Specific applications of HPL facade panel
Few panels are as versatile. An HPL gevelplaat is good for use as wall cladding, fascia boards, advertising applications, wall signs etc. This material is also very popular in stand construction and interior design. Please note that this material must be ventilated. Never stick or glue this material directly onto a carrier.
