Order cut-to-size MDF Black V313 lacquered sheets online

Easily order cut-to-size MDF Black V313 lacquered sheets online. MDF can be cut or milled to size into various shapes. The most commonly chosen shape is a rectangle, but we also mill circles, ovals, hexagons or even parallelograms for you. Do you want to have your do-it-yourself project neatly finished? Then choose one of the available (edge) finishes.

MDF black V313 lacquered: what is it?

You choose MDF black V313 lacquered when you want to make a decorative project in black. MDF black V313 is lacquered on top and bottom and coloured through-and-through with black pigment. The fibres of MDF black V313 are soaked with black pigment during production. This gives the sheet a blended black effect. The board is finished with a lacquered top layer at the top and bottom. This ensures that priming and varnishing is no longer necessary and you can get started right away. Finishing in the right colour takes little time, because the sheet has been produced moisture resistant, already has the right colour and is lacquered on the top and bottom. The sheet edges are still untreated, so you can lacquer these yourself if desired.

An MDF sheet is composed of dried wood fibres and glue. With MDF black V313, a special, moisture-resistant glue type has been used, which means the sheet is moisture resistant. The wood fibres are then pressed together under high pressure and temperatures to form an MDF sheet.

Available thicknesses of MDF black V313

MDF can be ordered in different thicknesses. You can easily specify your desired thickness during the ordering process. This way you can be sure that the sheet material meets your requirements: both the size and thickness of the material. The following thicknesses are available: 18 mm.

Machining MDF black Lacquered V313 sheets

MDF is very easy to work with: when milling and sawing, the material does not splinter. MDF black V313 needs little finishing, because the sheet has been produced moisture resistant, has the right colour and is already lacquered at the top and bottom. The sheet edges require some extra attention. To counteract the absorbent effect of the sheet edges, there are several possibilities: diluted wood glue with some water, putty or a special edge sealer.

Specific applications of MDF black lacquered V313

MDF Black V313 lacquered can be used in dry and humid rooms. It is therefore suitable, for example, for bathroom furniture and kitchens. The homogeneous structure makes MDF less sensitive to shrinkage and expansion at varying temperatures compared to other sheet materials. MDF black V313 lacquered is not suitable for outdoor applications. MDF is the material of choice for furniture and interior applications. This can be a cabinet, a wall or perhaps a complete conversion. Start your project with MDF.
