Slide made of plywood and MDF, by Hertine

We custom made a slide for our daughter. She was able to get up the stairs well, but going down was difficult. We expect to have years of fun.

DIY: slide for the little ones

The side panels are from MDF , just like the ground panels. There is a ground panel on every step and on the floor. The ground panels are attached to the side panels with corners. The slide panels are attached between the side panels, also with corners. The slide panels are mitred. Unfortunately it was not yet possible to have the side panels completely cut to size, so we had to cut the sloping side and the steps ourselves. It has been indicated that this will probably be possible in the future.
